stock did not arrive in the time frame they said

I app**** for a new laptop deal at the autopage richards bay branch. They told me it would take 3 to 5 days to arrive we are on day 10 now and still no laptop. This is very concerning because the richards bay branch then informed me there is a stock problem at head office which they were not informed of. I contacted head office and they informed me there is stock available for the laptops because 3 of their employees have in this past two weeks prosessed 4 deals on the laptop i app**** for. And when i went to get a update at autopage the one lady there was very rude and arrogant with me and other clients which is unacceptable.
