Still waiting from 15-06-2015

Personally drove 1500km from my home to visit nearest Autopage & found one at Cape Gate, 09-08-2015. Asked about my phone & could not find anything on record about my queries I made on 30-07-2015 & 05-08-2015. I clearly stated to the guy working there that I either want my phone sent to my personal home or I cancel my contract immediately with no extra charges. I gave my address details & he found my queries later on & gave me a reference number, 801741. Received an sms today saying my phone is in for repairs after I've given it for repairs on 15-06-2015. I know Autopage wont contact me, because they haven't contacted me, since this is my 4th complaint against them, only an automated message is sent from a computer
