Still Waiting for Upgarde

I Upgraded contract and chose iPhone handset 2 week ago. Was lead to believe by salesman (Who did a great job and was most helpful) that phone should be in by the following week. When I called the call center the following week they were unable to say when and said maybe the next week. Today I called and was told maybe next week. Now surely with all the technology available to us they know whats on back order and when stock will be arriving.<br>
