still waiting for phone already billing me

Wanted to move to new service provider for deal on iPhone 6 but Autopage said they will give us the same deal if we stay Autopage customers. Been waiting for my husband's iPhone 6 for 5 weeks.Already paid the first months fee end of January....still waiting for the phone.every time we call they say there is no stock and they don't know when they will be getting it or they say they will phone you back...still waiting<br>
