Still waiting for iPhone 6 Plus

Dear Autopage, I upgraded my contract via Hlengiwe at Autopage Richards Bay on 21 February to the iPhone6 Plus 16GB on MTN My Choice 200 deal at R 649 pm. I asked her upfront if there is stock available before I proceeded. She went to the back & advised that there is stock & it should arrive by 25 Feb. After numerous follow ups, I was told by the manager, Helen, that there is a backlog on orders for 6Plus on MTN. She offered for me to port to Vodacom or to take another handset. I don't want Vodacom or any other handset! I like that deal and I'm happy with MTN & Apple! I am not getting any answers as to when I will receive my handset & quite frankly, I've had enough! I was told on Sunday that there are people waiting from DECEMBER already. Why not tell me this when I upgraded??? I have been a loyal customer of autopage for over 10 years. I will now have to start paying for a device from the end of March that I have no enjoyment over... How is that fair? I tried contacting MTN and Core Group. Nobody can give me answer. This is my last resort!
