Still waiting

ON 8 June I submitted a report directly & via Hello Peter that my account had been suspended INCORRECTLY from 8 April - 8 june due to non payment of the account, when the account had in fact been paid in full.<br> I requested an explanation & restitution. My account was immediately activated, but I am still waiting on a response regarding the rest.<br> 17-06-2015 I phone, the idiot at customer service could not understand what I wanted, and I was promised a Manager would phone me before 5 - nothing happened<br> Today I phone, and after speaking to two people the phone was just put down.<br> I phones again and I spoke to:<br> -customer service - customer service manager - accounts - billing - back to accounts - back to customer service with one person being less willing to help than the next, and in the end my call was just left hanging<br> I am still waiting on a response.....
