Still waiting

I have had a billing dispute with autopage since June 2014 After a email every week and constantly call them with no help at all. After my first complaint on hello Peter I got a response from them and nothing since when I call in they say the problem has been resolved and it hasn't I have had enough of this as now I have constant calls from them. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me with the ip addresses it's nearly been a year now with no help
