STILL Utterly disgusted

Following my complaint dated 14:24:10 Thu 5 Mar 15, I eventually got a replacement phone this Saturday 21st BUT now the phone freezes and the battery hardly lasts. They informed me that they would replace the phone with a new one, but obviously gave me a 2nd hand one that also does not work properly. This company does not deserve to be in business. They don't bother to come back to you, keep you informed, or even try to expedite your queries. Looking forward to getting their automated response again and no actual service. HA HA :-(
