Dear reader<br> <br> As per my last complaint about trying to port a number out from Autopage.<br> Every time I'm promised feedback or a call from a manager, but nothing.<br> Tried the port again this weekend, still failed yesterday.<br> Call centre says Marco Adonis e-mailed me YESTERDAY with information. I never received that mail.<br> Apparently the information is now different AGAIN which is why the port failed.<br> Tried to call Marco Adonis on *** several times already but it just rings.<br> <br> AUTOPAGE, WHY IS IT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS STILL SO BAD 15 YEARS LATER?<br> WE LEFT YOU FOR A REASON, ONLY TO BE SOLD BACK BY THE NASHUA DEAL LAST YEAR.<br> <br> Time to call ICASA and my lawyers - a port shouldn't take a month to sort out, let alone so much wsated time in calls and trips.<br>
