STILL STILL NO COMMS

I contacted Autopage to port my existing cell C contract with them to Vodacom as an upgrade. This was done on 20 February. I received via courier my new simcard on 26 February. Today is now 9 March and I am still not online. I have spoken to George, Fusi, Bianca, Dyne, Thabelo, Tryfina, Vishan, Imthiaz (Patience is trying to help me now) and those are just the names I remember. I have spoken to them multiple times every single day yet I am still not online. I was promised promised without a doubt by Thabelo that I would be active by Friday 6 March so despite telling them to cancel I decided to Autopage yet ANOTHER chance and yet again I am nowhere. I have always been told 2-24 hours yet right now I am on DAY 16 for contract and DAY 11 since I have had my sim card and still no end in sight.
