STILL NOT REFUNDED OR QUERY RESOLVED

FOLLOWING MY ORIGINAL QUERY LOGGED ON THE 29TH OF JUBE,today 19th July, I can with confidence say that my QUERY HAS NOT YET BEEN RESOLVED, in fact nothing was done since I've re opened the query. i was contact on the 9th of July by a costumer experience consultant assuring me that my query will be resolved no later than Wednesday the 15th of July. when i followed up on the 16th of July i was told but there is no pending query on the number. So nothing was done. as I have asked on all my calls( in excessive of 3 hours i will not be refunded for) for a manager to phone me back, but that has not happened, so I will give Autopage until COB Monday the 20th July 2015 to have contacted me and conclude the query and refund my money, or i will take legal action and forward my query to the Financial Services board as the lack of resolving this query and holding on to my money is ******** especially with AP's lack of ability to deliver a service.
