Still no response on my outstanding query

After raising my query regarding my outstanding query with Autopage I received a notification that my query would be attended to. To date again I have not received any response from anyone at Autopage. I have been sent from one person to another however no-one will assist me with my query raised even though I have the written proof that the mistake lies with Autopage. The matter has taken nearly 4 months and yet no-one at Autopage is willing to assist me.
