Still No Response...Altech Autopage ...USELESS!!!!

...and still no response from Autopage...although I've called numerous times...they just give you reference numbers and never actually respond...and now they are demanding payment for usage that I am NO T responsible for!! I filed a complaint on Thursday here, they responded immediately to say someone would be in touch with me, must be an automated response as no one has contacted me at all and now i'm getting smses that if I don't pay immediately my service will be fully suspended. Please tell me how you can change the terms of a contract where I had a soft lock on for 2 years and then all of a sudden one month someone on your side decides to suspend it and charge me over 8K in data usage!!! Take responsiblity for your mistakes! I WILL NEVER EVER RENEW ANY CONTRACT WITH ALTECH!!! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!!! I WILL BE HEADING OVER AND CANCELLING IMMEDIATELY!!
