Still no response

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> Thank you for your generic response. I would like someone from your company to contact me regarding my contract cancellation. I have not used my number in 2 weeks. I have never had an issue with your company since I have joined and the service that I am currently receiving just saddens me. Clearly my number is not reachable, I have added an alternate number below in hopes that you will contact me. I do not want to receive a bill from your company this month as this cancellation issue is not my fault. I have however received an email from your company, telling me that I am due for an upgrade:(
