STILL NO REPLY SINCE THE 26TH OF JANUARY

i refer to my e-mail sent to customer service on the 26th of January, STILL NO REPLY OR RESPONSE. i visited the cavendish square branch on the 11th of feb and 'someone from head office' was supposed to phone me on the 12th of feb. STILL NO CALL, NO FEEDBACK, NO RESPONSE, NO REPLY. THIS MUST BE THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE COUNTRY
