Still no one returns calls

On opening a new account part of the package had 100mb free data, I told the consultant to cap the data once it reached the limit. This was obviously not done as i received an account for R1700.00. I was told that it will take 4-5 days to find the recording, i told the consultant i have the time, date and who i spoke to. I have since phoned and spoke to Tabiso, Clemantine, Ajande, Marsha, Mabel, Zahire, Audrey, Lindy (I do have times and dates) not to mentioning the times being put on hold or just getting cut off. I leave the same message every time can one of your supervisors please call me back, and i get told the same answer over and over they are in a meeting, we will send the supervisor a mail.<br> TO DATE I AM STILL WAITING, my next step will be not to pay the account maybe then i will get some response.<br> <br> One of my existing contracts is up for renewal, and yes can you believe it, i was contacted and asked to upgrade. YOU MUST BE JOKING.
