Still no help from my last complaint

I sent a another complaint on the 6th of May and got a response saying they will contact me I have heard nothing now I'm getting threatening and asking for money. My contract was supposed to be stopped and all this sorted out last year June im am getting increasingly annoyed with the lack of service and from being pushed from pillar to post. My issue is not sorted I don't care what your system says I never received any feed back except that the ipl address is right but no one will tell me what they are please assist urgently
