Still no feedback

I have a blackberry which has been given me problems since the beginning. I sent it for repairs and after 4 weeks I got the phone back stating that it had been refurbished. The issues I had:<br> <br> The phone switches off by itself about 6 times a day and then restarts<br> When I am on a call it suddenly calls somebody else<br> The phone freezes and the only way to unfreeze it is to take the battery out.<br> The camera option also freezez<br> <br> After receiving the phone back, I still have those issues. On the 30th of June I logged a hellopeter complaint, no response. On the 7th of July I logged a complaint on hellopeter again.<br> <br> On the 9th of July I received a voicemail (due to my phone switching off I could not take the call) stating that in 7 days they will come back to me. On the 15th of July I received a miss call with no voice message (phone was off again)<br> <br> Today I phoned the call centre and was told to send an email, she could not assist me with the query. HOw long am I supposed to wait for feedback? I have been a customer of Autopage for 13 years, paid my account on time every month and now I have to endure this stress?<br> <br> What is the solution?
