Still no data bundle

Every few months I load a once-off data bundle as I don't use much and in previous months I have been able to call a lady at the Northgate branch and she loads it for me. 2 months ago I called and she had left and I was told they will load it for me. I waited a week and nothing had been loaded so I went into the branch to ask them to do it. I was assured that it had been loaded. A week later still nothing had been loaded. I called and asked again for it to be loaded. Still nothing has happened. What do I have to do to get a data bundle loaded????
