STill have not been paid my money

On the 11 November 2014. I was invoiced for services after i had not been a subscriber for over a month. I called altech autopage and sent an email to Yaliwe Leberu. I was told i would not be charged.<br> <br> However the amount of 593.67 was deducted from my account on the 29 November 2014. When I called I was assured that the money would be refunded to me. By the end of December no reimbur*****t had taken place.<br> <br> When I called again they told me it would definitely be reimbursed to date it still has not happened. When I called to ask when it will be reimbursed with interest for 2 months I was told that it would not happen.<br> <br> My money is still not in my account.
