still debiting money that isnt owed to them

i have been going through this from october last year, i have lodged countless complaints, phoned in more than 12 times, i have been to their office in midrand where i was assured that it was their mistake and the employee never loaded the gig as in the call they listened to and they would not deduct the 2800 from my account, however every month they are deducting it and then cancelling the phone for no payment yet i am paying my monthly contract amount. i am even getting phone calls saying i need to pay the money and when i quote the reference number then they say its a mistake and will be fixed,i am totally frustrated at how bad their service and how useless their employees are, they should of being fired, and everytime i phone they say it will get escalated, this is my 3rd hello peter complaint regarding this and still nothing has been done. unfortunately with their contract they feel they can do as they feel or maybe just not interested in their customers as long as they get their money, i just hope that this time it can be sorted out. they also dont keep calls logged with notes so everytime you speak to someone you have to explain the whole story again. DONT EVER USE ALTECH.
