Still bad service years later

Debited by an External Company despite having made arrangements with them and am up to date - no response to my query for refund and it is almost a month later - i had a contract with them more than 10 years ago and had poor service then, it is no different now and very frustrating. <br> From the point of sale with one of their sales consultant being the worst i ever encountered name Rosemary - did not even confirm all my details and that is why my debit order was not met because she choose a random debit order date than confirming it with me or checking my bank statement which indicates when this is. <br> <br> Still waiting on my refund, as all companies quick to take your money but never to pay it back when in the wrong.<br> <br>
