Still Awaiting Feedback

I have written a report to HelloPeter on 04 August 2015.<br> A response from Autopage came that same day that they will look into the matter and will be in contact soon.<br> It is now 9 days since that feedback from Autopage and they have not since then been in contact with me to inform me of what was going to happen to rectify the problem stated on my initial complaint.<br> <br> This is just poor Customer Service.
