Steer clear - very incompetant throughout

Please steer clear of Autopage - their call centre staff lie about the service providers, to not have to do the work they blame the service providers, one lady even went as far as to say the Cell C network was down when it wasn't.<br> <br> Going into the Northgate branch was even worse, so frustrating it was bordering hysterical. It was quite funny because I could see they were acting up and slowing the process down, the one guy sat looking at the screen saying eish multiple times, when I asked him what was wrong he in turn asked me what was wrong. This all carried on and on while I was there. When I walked out they all burst out laughing. Anyway, I got done what I needed to and that was get a new sim card! the easiest of tasks for a cell phone company drawn out into a circus.<br> <br> In closing I can also confirm that Autopage do not respond to Hellpeter so I am not doing this for a response from them only to warn others away.<br> <br> Anyway will be looking for an exit clause and unfortunately sooner or later the Autopage staff will be looking for a job just like the other previous network distributors because I cannot think they will be around for to much longer
