*****ing money from customers

I have been trying to get a refund from altech since April. they have billed me for the same billing period that vodacom has billed me. I have sent through all the invoices required. I have called about 40 times. i have received numerous sms s saying money will be received in 3 days... every time i call to complain I have to speak to three people who keep verifying my banking details which are correct and they keep telling me to check with my bank. Or the phone accidentally gets put down. You are *****ing my money. They had no issue taking money form my account but funnily enough cant manage to put it back. over and above the refund you owe me and even admit to owe me. I want compensation for my aggravation and numerous phone calls I have had to make to get my own money
