Started new contract without permission

I have been trying for months to port my number. Finally I get an email saying they have re-started a new contract. While all along saying vodacom must be doing something wrong with the port. When I asked how they could have started a new contract without my permission they dont reply. I can see why the company is for sale. I am warning everyone to stay away. Worst service and they must be desperate to just start a new contract without permission
