Spouse S4 Mini

Last year my husband S4 mini's screen cracked. In December 2014 we took the phone to Greenstone Autopage. Harold Nyasha helped us with it. After almost 8 weeks, we received the phone back. But it just lasted for around a week. The screen cracked again. This time we spoke to Keith Mushave. Now it is around 8 weeks that we submitted the S4 Mini. Now Keith and Harold do not know what happened to the phone. Every time that we call to find out what is happening, the forms is incorrect, they do not know where the phone is, they need an ID copy or what ever excuse. It is somewhere between head office and the Greenstone branch. My husband tried several times to speak to the managers, but as always they are not available. <br> <br> According to me Greenstone staff don't want to help us. We have 3 contracts with them. As soon as we can cancel our contracts we will do so. I am sure that there will be other providers that will help us with a smile
