Specail on free data never received

In August 2014 I upgraded both my children's cell phone contracts at Altech branch in Woodlands. They had a special on Vodacom, you receive on the package 250mb free data a month. We never received it. I send my children there in January 2015 to try and sort the problem, Abbie, the branch manager told them to bring the pamphlet with the special to her!! I went there myself on 10 Feb and insisted that she should help me. She found the pamphlet with the special on the internet on their promotions. She logged the complained and promised me to follow up. I followed up several times, never came back to me. On 20 March I tried the service mail from Autopage. I got a response with a reference that they will attend within 7 days. Never did!!! Phoned today several times, just no help. Phoned the Woodlands branch again and asked for the owner. The owner is Rad Jancovic, they don't want to give me his number or his mail address. Tried head office, got send from one person to the other, and nothing. I understand Mr Jancovic is a Director at Autopage. Can somebody there stand up to give me what's owned to me? Mr Jancovic, if Woodlands is your shop, surely you must stand up!!!
