Sony Xperia Z3 repair issue

I took my Xperia Z3 into Altech Autopage Sandridge for repairs in December, its been almost 2 months and my phone has not been repaired each time I call I am promised my call will be returned and it is never returned, each time I go to the store I am promised the phone will be in the next day or two, and after following up the process repeats. Also I was promised by Mohammed that my phone will be repaired first week in January and now each and every single day I call and get an excuse.<br> <br> I paid a R1500 deposit and my screen has not been replaced, Apart from that I am paying on average +R800 on my contract each month with Altech Autopage and still have no phone to show for it. The phone was only a 2 weeks old when the screen cracked and i was told by the store personal that it will not be covered by warranty even though it fell literally 15cm from the ground. If a simple internet search is done you will find thousand of complaints of Various Xperia model phones where screens crack ever so easily<br> <br> I have lost my faith in Altech, At the end of this month I am going to proceed with an early cancellation as the service is just not up to scratch. I should of went with Vodacom direct!
