Software problem

I have a Sony Expedia. It is 18mnts old and has a problem downloading or updating anything. It says that the memory is full which is not the case. I took it to the Autopage shop in Middelburg but they can only send it away because it has a software error, the l ady says that it will take 6 weeks to be repaired. I phoned the call center because I cannot go without a telephone for six weeks as I use my phone for business purposes. They say that it is policy that I have to send in my phone and wait six weeks, they cannot give me a replacement or even a phone on loan for the period. I asked If I could speak to a manager but nobody was available and nobody has called me to make arrangements about my phone. I even suggested that they send a technician to Middelburg to fix all the phones that has this same error as the lady in the Autopage says that this is a problem with this particular phone..
