SOFTBAR REMOVAL PERMANENTLY

Originally I requested a softbar on a cell number.<br> Then I asked for it to be removed. It is now the 4th month and still it is not done as I just received another email telling me that the number will be softbarred.<br> *** what must I do to get this removed?????? As well as the limit that was set must also be removed permanently.<br> <br> Also I now no longer receive any invoices for my account. Resolve this as well. You have my email address send me my invoice.
