So fed up of Autopage and Cell C!Poorest service!!

I have been trying to cancel my contract since 24 August 2015. The reason I'm trying to cancel my contract is due to the fact that I signed for this contract under false information. I asked the Autopage salesman whether I would have signal, with Cell C in my area, whereby he guaranteed me I would. This is all a lie, as I have been struggling with my incoming call signal since day one! I'm at a point where 90% of my incoming calls don't get received... all I get is a message stating that I have x amount of missed calls! I run my own small business, and have to constantly explain to clients why they don't get through to me. This is unacceptable, as my bills are going up due to the fact that I have to call everyone back!!! For the last month I have been calling atleast twice a week., which take an hour of my working time. The cancellation service is so poor, as they always tell me something different. And always making false promises, like 'the inspector will come in the next few days', someone will call you'... all just lies. I'm so fed up, that all I want is for you to send me the papers I need to cancel my contract and get this over with.
