SMASUNG NOTE 4 - NOT LTE ENABLED DEVICE

I recently obtained a Samsung Note 4 from an agent within the callcentre as my phone was to be upgraded. Only to my surprise it does not have LTE capability? Why is this the only Samsung which does not have LTE capability and why was i not informed of this when this phone was supp**** to me? Seems like i got conned? Why was i not informed as this is the only model which is not LTE capable? I work for in the technologies environment and feel this is ridiculous to charge me and tell me this phone is cheaper and when i asked why was not told that its not LTE capable?
