Simply ***********, prove me wrong!

I have simply had it with the incompetence of Altech Autopage! I have reached a point where I do not know what to do next. No one responds, no one gets back to you, they debit whatever amounts they wish, they falsely accuse me of owing them money, they stop my service on two occasions for NO REASON, they take my money and do NOT do what they promise to do. It took me 4 years for them to realize that I am NOT a company but an individual, I am with them for 25 years!!! They discontinue my one lines roaming facility WITHOUT me requesting to do so. They harass me for 1,5 years with an incorrect SMS that came through over 200 times!<br> They should simply NOT BE IN BUSINESS. Look at the complaints on this site. Are we ALL wrong?<br> Why must we take this abuse??? WHY????? What gives them the right??? The fact that we made the WRONG choice of using Altech Autopage??? They should be ashamed of what they are doing to the public out there. What are we supposed to do, take them to court? I think something more serious should be done and some responsible authority should do something about this. We CANNOT simply be held HOSTAGE because we have signed a contract. THIS HAS TO STOP!!!!
