sim swop not active after 48 hours
Good day to whom ever it may concern, I have been in contact with Altech autopage since Tuesday morning 16/06/2015 at 10h00 paid R105.00 to do a sim swop and to date 18/06/2015 08h30 my sim still gives an unauthorized sim message. this is pathetic service from Altech should this not be sorted out soon i will have no choice but to take the matter to the ombudsman and cancel my contract.<br> <br> my cell no *** (which DOES NOT WORK DUE TO ALTECH'S PATHETIC SERVICE)<br> <br> regards,<br> Ellen du Plessis
