SIM Swap has taken more than 3 Days
I went to a store to have a sim swap done as my phone was ******. I was told that the sim would be activated within 24 hours, this was on 1 May and today (4 May) it is still not active.<br> <br> I have called customer care twice with no resolution - I need to be able to use my phone number!!
