Sim Swap
I did a Sim swap on a prepaid number over the weekend at Autopage Clearwater Mall <br> I was told it should activate in 24 hours. <br> It's still not active.<br> Paid R105 for it.<br> <br> Today (2015/05/20) I phoned customer services that told me I must go to Vodacom because I'm not on contract anymore. <br> so if you can't do a sim swap why did you charge me ?<br> <br> Before I went to Autopage I did try Vodacom but they told me I must go to Autopage as they don't have any record of me.<br> <br> I would like my R105 back or a working SIM.<br> <br>
