Sifiso Mlangeni-Complaint About A Complaint

I logged a complaint here (Subject: Look up Approved & Banker in the dictionary Altech) on the 01/05/2015. To summarise, the complaint entailed breaching the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT. <br> <br> I received a call from Sifiso Mlangeni on the 07/05/2015 saying he was calling to resolve my complaint. To start off: <br> <br> 1) I listed all the details of the complaint with regards to the contract, but when he called me, he had NO IDEA what I was talking about.<br> <br> 2) He paid very little attention to what I was saying and said he would call me back after speaking to the store. He called the store and believed the LIES they told him then called me back and said they did everything right.<br> <br> 3) I advised him that they didn't do what they told him and that I wanted to take it to the Ombudsman, his response was \if I wanted to do that
