Sick of paying for a non usable service

I received a data card from Autopage in Lephalale which has been used prior to me receiving it and now i'm being billed R15 000 for that . and in the meantime I can't use my contract cellphone as well because all my lines has been disconnected , while i'm still paying them all every month . i'm trying to clear up this issue since February 2015, still without a step closer to being resolved. i'm now sick and tired of their bad service.
