SICK AND TIRED

During 2014, October Nashua Mobile handed their contract phones over to Altech Autopage. First I was disconnected on my contracts for more than a week and upon enquiry I was told it is the network. Then eventually my phones were reconnected. Since then every single month my phone is disconnected in the middle of the month, then I have to call them and resubmit my proof of payment to say that I have paid. I was informed today that I have another contract with them of which charges was added to my account, a phone which I never even received from them. I have never had such bad service in all my life!!!!! They are extremely unprofessional. I have not even had one courtesy call from them, every month just a ****** sms to disconnect my phone even though I HAVE PAID IT!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE ANOTHER UPGRADE IF THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET FROM ALTECH. Nashua Mobile had much better service than this!!!!
