Shocking Service will NOT be tolerated!

I dropped my phone off on the 17th of March for an in- warranty repair. I was told I needed to wait for 5-7 days for a refurbished phone to arrive to use in the interim and up to 6 weeks for my phone to be repaired. After 7 days I called the branch to get an update on the refurbished phone as well as my own handset. They could not tell me anything. Then a few days later I checked the Autopage website and I found out that my phone had already been dispatched back to the store on the 23rd. Another week later...and still no phone. Not a single phone call from them to try resolve the issue. I personally had to call them repeatedly. To date: 23 phone calls to the branch and 1 email.<br> <br> Only when I physically went into the store did they attempt to help me. <br> <br> I will not be renewing my contract with Autopage and will strongly be advising my friends and family to avoid them like the plague. The branch staff are unprofessional, ill-motivated and just plain narfy. Poor service will not be tolerated!
