Shocking service once again

Against my better judgement I decided to upgrade and renew my contract after experiencing issues with previous upgrades. Was told there were no phones in stock and would have to wait. Understandable. They told me that the courier would deliver the phone once available. I informed them that from past experience the couriers won't deliver to where as live as it's in the country. I was assured that your couriers deliver everywhere. So eventually the phone is in stock and I get a call to say the courier won't deliver. To cut a long story short, I have been phoning daily for the past week trying to locate the phone to have it delivered to a branch so I can pick it up. I keep getting told they'll call me back, but no one phones me back. I can't even remember the names of all the agents I've spoken to, but Yaliwe, Yolande and Markus have been the last 3. Absolutely shocking service.<br> And I still haven't gotten any closer to getting my phone.
