SHOCKING SERVICE on Upgrade...

Went in to Bayside 1 month ago to do an upgrade...and I still cannot get someone to call me back.<br> <br> Spoke to Ryan...He said would order the iPhone and get back to me. I was happy with that, but for the last 2 weeks I have tried to call the brach over 15 times...No one ever answers!!! 3 Times someone did answer and I left messages for Ryan to call back...Never called!!<br> <br> So, I thought I would try the call centre a week ago and spoke to Bianca. She was very positive and told me her \system showed 3 in stock"and she would confirm and get back to me....last Friday! Called Monday and left message...nothing. Called Tuesday and she was still confirming stock apparently and would phone me back asap...Still nothing!!<br> Called the last 2 days as well!<br> <br> Honestly"
