SHOCKING SERVICE FROM ALTECH

Since last month I have been disputing the data usage on one of my lines, which for the last 2 years has had a soft lock on it, which mysteriously disappeared last month. I raised a dispute them last month, for which I got a reference number, but never received a reply. Then this month they debited my account another 8K, this time i reversed the debit order, and went into the store to raise another dispute, at this point I told them that i'm willing to pay for the undisputed part of the bill so that my account doesn't get suspended. To date I have never missed a payment on my account. They tell me not to worry and when they send me the details of the dispute i can then arrange to pay the difference. it's now Thursday and now my phone has been suspended and when I call them, they tell me that the dispute was resolved and that I'm liable for the account. No one ever called me or sent me any information at all!!! I never gave Altech permission to remove the softlock from the account, so how can I be liable for the data usage? That is your mistake Altech not mine!! This is the worst service I have ever received and I will definetly not be recommending Altech to anyone in the future
