SHOCKING SERVICE AND OVER BILLING HORROR!!

I have never experienced such shocking service in my entire life!!!! My account was debited with an amount 3 times more than what I've been paying for the last 19 months as I specifically requested a limit. it works just fine until last month when the limit was magically lifted ( apparently I called in to do that of which is news to e cause I don't recall ever doing such, why would I go from paying an average amount of R296 to R928 that's ridiculous). Anyway, I called in on the 15/08/2015 to query the debit, spoke to Leonard. I got a reference number 830357 and was told that I'd get feedback latest 7 days. I don't hear anything from them, I called them today 07/09/2015 and was told that they resolved the matter on their side and I'm the one who is supposed to call to get the feedback. I can't even get this \so called"phone call that I made to increase my limit. I'm sooo annoyed at this point that I'm just going to cancel my contract and never have to deal with this supplier ever again."""
