Shocking Service

I have had ongoing billing problems with Auto age for months.i have been grossly overcharged and although they have promised to rectify the problem and refund me my money, the matter has still not be resolved.I have made many attempts to have the matter sorted and get my money back but it seems as though even the management don't care. No-one from Auto page ever returns my call even though they promise to (including management) and I have caught a customer service lady lying to me. I am so fed up and want the world to know how I feel. This is MY money and they have no right to withhold it. My next step may have to be legal action.
