Shocking service

I have had enough of the service received from Altech.Autopage regarding my account and faulty handset. I have just been put on hold for over an hour attempting to resolve this matter. There are no Managers to assist and have even refused to talk to me. Problems as follows: I logged two complaints in December and received the following -reference numbers 955057 and 962374.To date neither has been resolved, and also I am now told that a replacement phone cannot be issued, I have also made numerous inquiries *** with Mr. Govender for the incorrect monthly deduction on my account, and still he has not sorted out my query. Please note that I was never informed about an increase and only signed for a migration date commencing in October 2015. Lastly, I am a frequently overseas traveler and in December discovered that my roaming had been disconnected, I regret renewing my contract with Altech.Autopage in 2015, and will never extend or recommend them again. It's a pity that we are treated in this manner, and as a loyal customer for more than 12 years
