Shocking Service

I have an outstanding bill query with your company and have had multiple calls with your customer service line and have been given the complete run around. I have explained the issue multiple times and have been given different answers, been hung up on multiple times and as yet have not had my query resolved. This is also the 3rd time I am logging a query on Hello Peter regarding this same complaint. I will be contacting a lawyer.
