Shocking service

We use several cell phones and data facilities - including laptops and tablets from Altech Autopage and have done for at 5 years. Recently we noticed the bills were unacceptably high with one Cell C ****le being the culprit every month. The staff member did not use it for private use. In August we requested Altech Autopage, in writing, to stop the supply of data and to convert it to \pay as you go"- which they agreed to do. <br> They disconnected the supply of data and continued to supply us with the debits for data they never supp****. We phoned each month since them and we get promises to rectify with refunds of R2000 plus per month.This never happens and we keep getting charged despite no data being supp****.<br> We then wrote to the two contacts provided by Altech in their main website hoping to get some action - Shenanda Janse Van Rensburg and Chris Van Zyl. Still no response from these contacts - they are apparently on leave. This is not acceptable for a JSE listed company - they surely have PA's. Every promise they make is an empty one - we will rectify in 48hours - what ******* - it never happens. They ignore written instructions and telephone calls - just take the money."""
