It started when I bought a phone at edgars store and was advised to buy a nano sim from an mtn store which I did. I went I then went back to the edgars store to make a sim swap and cancel the contract I had under edcon. After 3 days I received an e-mail from RMCS stating I should go to one of the altech autopage stores to go make the sim swap. I went on the 21st of september and paid a fee of R140 for another nano sim. The cashier advised me not to put the new sim in the new phone for 24 hours wich I did so. the sim was inserted in the new phone around 13:30pm on the 22nd. The simcard is still inactive and decided to call the altech autopage call centre on ***. I was advised that my details do appear n the system but there is nothing they can do because the contract is under blue label connect. I tried contacting them personally on *** because altech cant do anything for me. Everytime I call in, an agent tries and tgransfers me to the cancellation department but the phone disconnects while on holding. On the 4th attempt, the switchboard gave me a *** but it doesn't go through. Shocking service and high telephone bill is what I'm getting ..
